About Us
Sunshine Insurance Agency was established in 1980 by Paula Rhoden and Jerry Risner. Current owner, Eric Troiano, purchased the agency from his Aunt Paula and Jerry in 1995. Paula and Jerry are both gone now, but their vision of treating customers as you would treat your own family continues. Sunshine Insurance Agency has had branch and satellite offices through the years, but we currently operate out of the same 2 story block building on South Sandusky Avenue that has served as our main office for the past 38 years. We are proud to be a member of the Upper Sandusky business community and thankful for our customers who have allowed us to make a living serving them.
Sunshine Insurance Agency has stuck to firm roots of being a local independent insurance agency you know and trust. By offering coverage's with our network of insurance providers, we are able to find a competitively priced policy that fits most insurance needs.
Being a Independent Insurance Agency, we do not work for any insurance company. Instead, in most cases, we are able to quote and issue policies with several companies offering you the best premium and coverage's we can find. As your insurance needs change, we are able to recheck our network of carriers to once again find the best rate and coverage's you need.
